Steve Hendon, President of Practice To Business, works with frustrated and overwhelmed business owners who love what they do, but struggle to build the profitable business they want.

He helps them discover and navigate their unique path to business and personal success.

 Steve can remember years ago, as a child, on the playground, observing the uniqueness of each of his friends and classmates and noticing how that uniqueness made each one of them special in their own way. Over the past thirty years he has continued to develop this ability in the business world.

Steve has worked with hundreds of small business owners and sales professionals and still gets excited about the uniqueness that each individual brings to the table. Successful business owners know either consciously or intuitively what their strengths are and how to use them.

He started his company, Practice To Business, in 2008. Steve is a Certified Professional Coach, credentialed by the International Coach Federation and is also credentialed as a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA).
