Dr. Donald R. Hillman is a college business professor and management consultant who specializes in employment training, employee performance, and human resources management. Dr. Hillman has over 30 years of management and consulting experience in for-profit, nonprofit, and government work. This unique combination affords him the ability to assist a diverse array of businesses. Dr. Hillman has administered tens of millions of dollars in annual budgets and has opened his own multimillion dollar job training organization serving thousands of clients. He is also a nationally recognized, published, peer reviewed, journal author with expertise in workplace generational differences. His work has been cited by his peers in the field. His most recent article in the Journal of Workplace Behavioral Health (the national journal for Employee Assistance Programs) concerning generations in the workplace was named to a special collection of the most read articles for 2014 by the Taylor and Francis Publishing Group. Dr. Hillman is also a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Innovation Management and the International Journal of Human Resource Management. His educational background includes an MS in Human Resource Management, an MBA, and a Doctor of Management degree from the University of Maryland University College.
