Frequently Asked Questions

1. Wristbands only required for children. Adults do not need to purchase a wristband, the activities are geared toward children.  There will be a limited amount of wrist bands available the day of the event.

2. Wristband includes snow area, sledding area, cookie decorating, toy making workshop, write a letter to santa, selfies with Olaf, rock climbing wall, toddler bounce house, the Big Baller inflatable, and Jacob's Ladder challenge. Entertainment includes the FC Arizona pro soccer team, karate games with DePalma Karate, and a performance area for local schools and clubs.

3. Items available for purchase include hot cocoa, donuts and food truck items.

4. Train tickets are required to ride. Adults can not ride the train unless accompanying a child younger than 3 and holding them as a lap child. Only the lap child needs the ticket. New train route!

5. Photos with Santa are scheduled on another registration link beginning December 1 at 8 a.m. Go to www.mypowerranch.com to find the link. Tickets are required.
