Frequently Asked Questions

1. Wristbands only required for children. Adults do not need to purchase a wristband, the activities are geared toward children.

2. Wristband includes snow area, sledding area, cookie decorating, toy making workshop, crafts and activities, photos with Disney characters, selfies with Frosty the Snowman, and music box entertainment area.

3. Train tickets only required for children. Adults can not ride the train unless accompanying a child younger than 3 and holding them as a lap child. Only the lap child needs the ticket.

4. Adults and children can order tickets for Rockin' Reindeer and Laser Tag.

5. Rockin' Reindeer is a fancy, dressed up version of the bucking bronco. There is an attendant who "drives" the reindeer so that it is not too scary or intense for the little ones, but offers a challenge to the older kids, and adults. Fun for taking photos, too!

6. Laser tag is for ages 6 and older. The maze holds up to six people at a time.
