Silver Sage Region's 50th Anniversary Celebration 

The year 2016 marks the 50th anniversary of the Silver Sage region of PCA; our region's charter was granted on October 24, 1966.

Come join your fellow Silver Sager friends in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of our region's founding. This will be a special event on Saturday, Sept. 24, at Spurwing Country Club, 6800 North Spurwing Way, Meridian (map). There will be a Cocktail Hour starting at 6 pm, with passed hors d'oeuvres, and a plated dinner served at 7 pm. Caren Cooper, our national PCA President, will be in attendance and will greet us; we will have several short speakers from within our club. We will be presenting a 'visual history' of our club's past 50 years, and attendees will be taking home a thumb drive with this history loaded on it, as well as a commemorative 50th Anniversary logo wine 
glass and program. Attire is casually elegant/dressy.

The cost per person is $50.  When you register for the dinner, you will be asked to choose your entree:

• Florentine Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken: Stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach, toasted pine nuts, and garlic with pesto cream sauce, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and Parmesan-garlic mashed potatoes. 
• Surf & Turf: Seasoned and grilled New York Steak with three garlic marinated prawns, served with Parmesan-garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
• Grilled Vegetable Fettuccine: Grilled yellow squash, zucchini, red bell peppers, and Portobello mushrooms tossed with fettuccine, bleu cheese, and toasted pine nuts.
