Kimm Dodaro has a background that is both extensive and unique and comes with many years of dedicated service to the financial planning and real estate arenas as well as with creative charitable planning with complex asset strategies.

Today, Kimm and her team are responsible for consulting with many clients nationwide as well as charitable organizations on appropriate real estate wealth planning, tax mitigation and gifting strategies. Her firm, The Walter Joseph Group, is currently the only consulting firm in the country that offers Real Estate Gifting Workshops to help educate charities on the power of real estate gifts to their organizations, while also offering a complete back –office support to charities and advisors on accepting these complex assets. The company motto is simple, POSITIONING REAL ESTATE TO INSPIRE LIVES AND IMPACT LEGACIES. 

Kimm believes if you have passion and a good heart, the rest will follow. She is best known for her ability to take complex situations and make them simple.  Kimm is a proud recipient of Northern Illinois University’s Bachelor of Finance and currently studying for the CAP designation. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Council of Planned Giving and a member of former Philanthropic Advisors in Planning. She is always sought after as a public speaker to the professional advisory and charitable service organizations nationwide.
