How Good Is My Idea?™ Start-up and Grow Your Business Faster and Smarter

Created By Gregory Paley

Starting a new business or launching a successful company can be confusing and overwhelming. Most founders and aspiring entrepreneurs are unfamiliar with how to create realistic business models, assemble information needed to assess the commercial viability of their idea, or implement their ideas such a way to stack the odds of success in their favor.

So, what can be done to prepare entrepreneurs for the hyper-competitive world of start-ups? What is the framework that entrepreneurs can use to increase the odds of success in their favor?

In this three and a half hour workshop, you will learn many hands-on strategies and planning techniques so you can decide if your idea is ready to launch as a business or whether you could benefit from more planning. You will learn how to develop a clearer picture of your idea as a successful business and learn how to:

• Use a streamlined process to assess the viability and success of your idea
• Organize your idea, guide your planning and present your idea
• Develop credible “go to market”, customer and revenue strategies
• Craft your company's Minimum Viable Story™
• Use Bend the Curve™ to start and grow your business "Faster and Smarter"

At the conclusion of this workshop participants will know if they are ready to start a new venture or if additional planning is needed before launching their business. Participants will also learn techniques to get their stalled ideas and projects back on track and how to change direction if they discover that additional planning is necessary before quitting their day job or changing careers.

This is an interactive workshop and all attendees are encouraged to participate and to collaborate with their fellow entrepreneurs. During this workshop you will also have the opportunity to meet and network with other local entrepreneurs and business people.

This workshop was created and is led by Greg Paley. He has more than 20 years experience as an founder, advisor, lawyer, and business mentor. Since 2013, Greg has advised hundreds of start-ups and frequently speaks on and entrepreneurs, business, and leadership. For more information please visit www.howgoodismyidea.com or www.paley.com.
