Time Management for Business

If time management is an area of your life that could use improvement then this workshop is for you. Whether you own a business, are thinking about starting a new business or are in a position of management or similar responsibility within a company or organization, this workshop will help you identify techniques to become more efficient and fulfilled.

In this three and a half-hour workshop, you will learn many hands-on techniques to improve the ways you manage your time, to develop time saving strategies, and to achieve your goals with less stress and greater focus. We will show you how to focus staying on track and get more accomplished in less time.

Topics covered include new techniques and ways of:

• Increasing productivity with less stress
• Creating new methods of prioritizing and organizing schedules
• Sticking to deadlines and keeping promises and commitments
• Developing and applying new techniques to manage and grow your business
• Bending the CurveŽ to improve time management habits
You will learn how to:
• Achieve a meaningful "work-life balance"
• Create and fulfill priorities on time
• Set, achieve and measure goals
• Implement productivity strategies

Upon completion of this workshop you will have learned new skills and techniques to improve how you manage time in all facets of your daily life. We will show you how to get and stay organized. Each participant will be provided with multiple opportunities to examine their "typical work day" and learn how to create and implement effective leadership techniques.

This is an interactive workshop. All attendees are encouraged to participate and to collaborate with others during the session. During this workshop you will also have the opportunity to meet and network with other local entrepreneurs and business people.

This workshop was created and is led by Greg Paley. He has more than 20 years experience as an founder, advisor, lawyer, and business mentor.
