Following the Great Recession, many Americans at a mid point in their corporate careers are questioning if they will reach their long term retirement goals.  What if they lose their job in their fifties?  Will they be able to replace that income and maintain their family’s lifestyle?

This interactive workshop offers an overview of business ownership as a career choice.  We will discuss changing employment trends, the advantages and disadvantages of start ups, buying an existing business, and franchise ownership.  Franchise ownership isn’t for everyone.  The key to minimizing risk is finding an opportunity that matches your strengths, experience, goals, and budget.  Whether your ideal role in the business is owner/operator or semi-passive investor, there are many options with scalable business models which allow for smart growth and expansion.   Join us for a fun, informative session.
