In this demonstration of a SUPERvision session we will explore ways to 'play with' reflective practice and the CoachME Model to deepen understanding when sourcing, resourcing, and benchmarking.

Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy is passionate about co-creating positive transformation in partnership with people & organisations. Clare founded BMC and CoachME in 2011 trail blazing in the Middle East specifically providing bespoke solutions for systemic impact. She is Level A & B with the British Psychological Society.

Clare is an EMCC accredited individual coach at Master Practitioner level and an EMCC accredited coach supervisor.
