Coaching for team resilience and well-being - 3 part event

This is a three part event, registration is for all three parts.  If you are not able to attend one or more parts then they will be recorded and shared with everyone who has booked and paid (usually around five working days after the event).

  • Part 1: Thursday 26 November 2020
  • Part 2: Thursday 10 December 2020
  • Part 3: Wednesday 13 January 2021
  1. What are the current challenges and opportunities that organisational teams have in managing and maintaining their resilience and psychological well-being.
  2. What are the core elements of highly resilient teams? What does relevant research say?
  3. As professional coaches, what can we offer teams that will make a substantive difference to how they manage and sustain good levels of both resilience and wellbeing both now and over the longer term.

These are the three core questions, that Elaine Akester will begin to explore with you during the three part online event.

As the impact of the current pandemic continues to impact the way all of us work, the ability of organisational teams to adapt and continue to work effectively during this extreme VUCA period, has become an area of critical focus for organisations.

Elaine will be considering the implications of remote working on the overall efficacy, resilience, and well-being of teams.  She will include relevant research in this area, as well as providing an overview of some of the key components of resilient teams.

Elaine will also begin to discuss a range of frameworks and approaches that can be utilised to best support team’s resilience and overall well-being. The exploration of both the elements of team resilience and well-being together with proven approaches and interventions will be explored over the three online events.

With an extensive range of experience, allied with an engaging style of delivery, this promises to be an impactful and thought-provoking session, with plenty of practical learning that will equip participants with new insight, and increase their confidence to work with teams in connection with resilience and well-being agendas.
