This webinar will introduce you to the latest version of the EMCC Supervision Framework (launched June 2019). Webinar participants will learn how the framework was put together and will take away ideas regarding how best to use it as supervisors or trainers of supervisors.

About the presenter

Tom Battye is and EMCC Global volunteer working in the Quality and Accreditation area and is also the EMCC Global WorkGroup Leader for ESQA (European Supervision Quality Award).  He works as a coach, supervisor and organisational consultant. Alongside this, Tom has a background as a professional expedition leader, responsible for leading treks and managing projects in developing countries.
