Strategic integration of executive coaching - 12 November 2019 @ 18.30 cet

About the webinar

Executive coaching is now globally seen as a key element in achieving better leadership and therefore stronger organizations. Most leadership development programs delivered in today's organisations use executive coaching as either a follow-up to help sustain and implement the learning, or as an add-on for any particular individual challenges leaders may be experiencing. We have turned that practice on its’ head, and have created incredibly effective leadership development programs using executive coaching as the foundational cornerstone of the program, linking it to all other aspects of leadership development in our clients' environments.

Join us as we share our experiences, the latest research around coaching in the workplace, and how it pertains to leadership, and our 'stories from the trenches' as we walk you through not only why this is critical to the future effectiveness of organizations everywhere, but how you can create your own programs and what you need to be considering – whether you are a coach or working inside an organisation – to truly transform business leaders and their companies from the inside out.
