About the presenter
Kirsten M Poulsen is one of the leading experts in Europe on mentoring in an organisational context. She founded KMP+ House of Mentoring in 2000, a consulting company focused on designing and delivering high impact mentoring programmes for developing leadership, talents and diversity.
Kirsten is the creator of the Mentor+System which includes the Mentor+Survey for evaluating mentoring programmes, the Mentor+Game for training mentors and mentees, and the Mentor+Universe – a virtual toolbox for mentors, mentees and programme managers. Since 2009, more than 9,000 mentors and mentees have been trained using the Mentor+Game. Additionally, Kirsten is External Professor at Copenhagen Business School, and author of several books and many articles on mentoring, leadership and talent development – including 'Developing Successful Diversity Mentoring Programmes' co-authored with David Clutterbuck and Frances Kochan (2012) and Chapter 25 'Mentoring Executives in the Workplace' in The Sage Handbook of Mentoring (2017). an organisational context. Kirsten is former and founding President of EMCC Denmark (2007-2009) and holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain.
