About the coachh

Gayatri Krishnamurthy has more than 30 years of experience covering many roles . She has been in core personnel functions, handled Learning and Talent Development, and had a profit centre responsibility, all in the first 10 years of her career. She is presently an independent Coach and consultant. Gayatri is accredited with EMCC at Senior Practitioner level. She is an experienced assessor and has been part of over 100 Assessment centres.  She is well versed in the use of profiling instruments and their use in the context of both recruitment as well as progression.

Gayatri believes that every one can improve , if they want to. She also believes that a significant change of course requires focused effort on the part of the client.She has found the use of metaphors to be a very fascinating and productive tool in coaching . She will be demonstrating that. with a client who has put in such significant effort.

Carl Rogers and Edward De Bono are two of her favourite non fiction writers and she uses some of the principles espoused by them in her coaching practice.
