Karyn Prentice and Elaine Patterson are Senior Faculty at the Coaching Supervision Academy, International Centre for Reflective Practice in the UK. 

They are experienced international executive coaches, coach supervisors, learning facilitators and writers as well as life long reflective practitioners.
