This webinar, will be led by Dr Julie Haddock-Millar who is EMCC International WorkGroup Lead for ISMCP. Julie is also an Associate Professor of Human Resource Manager, Consultant and Research. She teaches on a range of postgraduate programmes including the DBA and MBA programmes at the International University of Monaco and Middlesex University Business School in the UK. Her research publications are primarily in the areas of mentoring and professional development. She recently co-edited the Sage Handbook of Mentoring and is currently commissioned by Routledge for a new book: Mentoring and Coaching for Work-life Balance.

Participants will also hear about two recent success stories, MSF (Doctors Without Borders) and the Royal New Zealand Airforce, both achieving Gold ISMCP Accreditation and will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any areas.
