About the webinar From Tony Blair to José Manuel Barroso, from political leaders to corporate leaders: what is available as a set of arguments that can provide a basis of reason for Ethical Leadership?
During this webinar we will examine different concepts to expand our understanding around what is the distinction between what is moral and what is ethical. We will draw from the works of Pence, Seligman, Palanski & Yammarino, Aristotle, Gottman, Lencioni, Bourantas, Petrie, Batmanghlich, Crevani, Wicker-Miurin. We will seek to share an understanding of how does the internal law affect the external law and vice versa. What is Ethical Leadership and how can we improve our intervention with our clients when we are mentoring to help them align with their inner theatre.
There is growing and expanding understanding of how different fields relate to enrich, deepen and broaden our understanding that enables our capacity to grow beyond the limits of practicalities and initiate a newly found understanding of how ethics is not a punitive discipline but rather stands as a lighthouse that can help us make safer choices faster, before dilemmas become problems.
