About the webinar

Team coaching is a popular new addition to the practitioners’ team learning and development toolkit. However, the conceptualisation of team coaching and in particular the distinction between team coaching, team training, team development and team building interventions remains unclear. Furthermore, little is currently known in terms of what team coaching looks like in practice. In this webinar, Dr Jones will present the findings of a recent research project aimed at addressing these significant gaps in understanding of team coaching where a total of 410 team coaching practitioners were surveyed on their view of team coaching conceptualisation and practice.

Dr Rebecca J Jones is an Associate Professor in Coaching at Henley Business School in the UK. Rebecca is actively engaged in researching workplace coaching, teaching the new generation of coaches and engaging with organisations regarding their coaching practice. Rebecca’s background is in Occupational Psychology and she is passionate about building the evidence-base of workplace coaching to inform theory, research and practice.
