EMCC International research webinar: eCoaching for Managers - 15 November 2017 @ 18.30

About the webinar

During this webinar Anne Ribbers will talk about her extensive research on eCoaching for Managers that she conducted at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. The research was funded by the Dutch government.  171 managers from five different organisations participated in a 14 week, online, textbased coaching programme to develop their managerial coaching skills. The research was experimental in design, a randomised controlled behavioural experiment. Anne will explain how the research was conducted and will share the most important results, implications and conclusions.
