EMCC International webinar - Wednesday 7 June 2017 18.30 cest

Gender Differences

Book Now! There are a maximum of 50 places per webinar.

About the webinar

Women represent 52% of the professional-level workforce and 60% of college graduates, yet they still make up only 15% of Fortune 500 top executives and 8% of top earners. While these statistics are not new, the causes of this discrepancy continue to be elusive.  Featuring empirical data from MRG’s database of over 1 million leaders, this interactive webinar will explore some deep, discerning questions about gender in leadership, including the following:

  • In what ways are women and men similar and different in their approaches to leadership?
  • What distinguishes highly effective middle management leaders from highly effective senior management leaders?
  • What behaviours can women leaders develop earlier to help them have a greater impact on their leadership roles?
  • What do we know about perceptions of women in leadership roles that may limit their opportunities to reach their full potential? And, what can we do about these perceptions?
  • What stereotypes about female and male leaders are just fundamentally incorrect?
