Guardianship Training: Alzheimer's and Dementia

Please arrive by 12:45pm. Light refreshments will be served. The class is limited to the first 25 registered participates. If you are currently a guardian, you will need your annual three hour training to comply with the the state guardianship rules, please join us on this date. A certificate will be given out as verification of your attendance
