Heartworks 15 Year Anniversary Celebration 

Please join us in celebrating 15 years of Heartworks.

We promise a meaningful evening filled with intention while enjoying the beautiful and special atmosphere of the Hamilton Farm Golf Club.

We will begin in the mansion for cocktails and move to the clubhouse for dinner, drinks and dancing.

Please note that we cannot accommodate seating requests for individual tickets purchased. If you have not purchased a table we will do our best to seat you and your guests together.
