eQHealth Solutions and LSUHSC School of Nursing invite you to attend this two-day seminar detailing the required case management functions, including how to incorporate these functions into the daily case management process. Strategies to ensure facility compliance with the May 2013 revisions of the CMS Conditions of Participation Discharge Planning Interpretative Guidelines and the October 2013 revisions for inpatient stays (the 2-midnight rule) will be discussed.  

Whether you are new to case management or an experienced veteran, this program will help bring you up-to-date with the most effective case management processes.   

Speaker: Linda L. Easterly MS, BSN – Ms. Easterly has over 30 years of healthcare experience in both clinical nursing and healthcare management.  She has provided training and consultation in over 30 states to senior leadership, middle management, and clinical nursing professionals.  

The LSUHSC School of Nursing is an accredited provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission.
