Our Mission

To educate, inspire and build relationships within the North Texas event industry through innovative leadership and quality programming.

Our Objectives

Advance and nurture the effectiveness, productivity and quality of events through education, the development and maintenance of high ethical standards, improvement of professional management techniques and an equitable balance of client, employer, and supplier need.

Form a cooperative liaison with organizations that share a common interest with this association in advancing the event, meetings, convention and hospitality industry and the profession of Event and Convention Services Management.

Yearly Memberships

Professional Memembership $150.00 per year

Membership is valid January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Includes: discounted prices on quarterly luncheons, special events through out the year and access membership directory. 

Corporate Memembership $150.00 per year, $100.00 for each additional person

Membership is valid January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Corporate membership is available to businesses who maintain a minimum of two memberships. This membership category is made available to businesses with two or more people at the same company and same location or same accounting home. The company must maintain at least two members through out the year. Includes: discounted prices on quarterly luncheons, special events through out the year and access membership directory.

Student/Faculty Membership $35.00 per year

Membership is valid January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Student or Faculty Membership is limited to those enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a post-secondary educational program who intend to begin a career in the catering and events industry. Or those instructors who educate students in the hospitality industry.  Includes: discounted prices on quarterly luncheons, special events through out the year and access membership directory. Students/Faculty may serve on committees but are not eligble to vote or serve on the board.
