Please join us for an evening of vineyard sourced wines!

 

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her North County location, La Costa Wine Company in Carlsbad, for an evening featuring wines from Horse & Plow! Assistant Winemaker Patrick Trovato will be joining us from the winery to pour these site-specific, organic wines. Horse & Plow sources from vineyards in Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino Counties, contracting with small, family operated organic vineyards. Patrick will be joining us for the evening to discuss the wines and also his unique cider, which we'll enjoy as a welcome selection. Chef Erin creates pairing menus based on each wine being poured, creating a unique dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and inspired creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Patrick. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & educational insights! Please see below for additional dinner details and a registration link.
