A dear friend of PBCC, Carolyn’s desire in her teaching, speaking, and spiritual counseling is to bring the Scriptures together with real life in a way that allows people to encounter the living Christ today.  She is married to Bruce and they have three adult children. She loves to take their Labrador retriever Gus for long walks on the trails around Vancouver.

Carolyn has been teaching New Testament Greek at Regent College in Vancouver since 2007 and is known as a skilled and inspiring teacher of the language. An experienced speaker and retreat director, she completed her MTS in Spiritual Theology at Regent and has studied spiritual accompaniment in the Benedictine tradition in Rome at the Collegio Sant’Anselmo. She is presently working on a
DMin in spiritual direction at Fuller Seminary.
