Coach Inclusion Session 

NSEF is excited to welcome Andrew Paris to facilitate this learning opportunity for equestrian coaches. Andrew is the Coaching Lead - Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Mentorship at the Canadian Sport Centre Atlantic (CSCA).  

As humans it is natural for us all to have bias, obvious or subtle.  Come to this session to not only understand these biases, but manage them to create welcoming interactions with athletes, parents, and other coaches.
