Part IV: "Seeing the System"
Please Note: Learners can participate in this training without having participated in other parts of the series. We strongly encourage director and other administration attendance.
In the fourth and final part of the series we will:
- Explore the importance of examining data using a racial-equity lens.
- Brainstorm ways our field can use the Texas Model from the Center for the Elimination of Disproportionality and Disparities to address systemic issues related to race for early childhood caregivers and the systems we interact with.
- Consider our own perspective on how we see the families we serve.
