Jonathan Shibley serves as President of Global Advance. Since 2000, he has helped shape the organization’s growth and its international impact with a focus on fulfilling the great commission. Global Advance has provided leadership training for more than 700,000 pastors, business persons, and women leaders in 94 nations. He founded the Marketplace Missions initiative of Global Advance, providing Christian entrepreneurs and business professionals around the world with a Kingdom vision and skills training.  Jonathan also helped launch the Esther Initiative to empower and encourage women in developing nations.

He holds a Business Degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.  He and his
wife, Sarah, have three children.

Steve and his wife Judy have been married for 36 years, have three daughters, and 11 grandchildren.  He grew up in the poorest county in Texas, did not grow up in church, but came to know the Lord at age 29.  They have attended Trinity Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant, TX for the last 28 years and serve in various capacities.

Steve has a degree from Baylor University in Accounting and Insurance and has been in the insurance business for 39 years. He is also a licensed minister.

Steve and Judy purchased their first insurance business in 1983.  They started with 2 employees, and now have about 35 employees.  In March of this year, they merged with the largest independent insurance agency in Texas.

For fun, he likes to spend time with his wife and family, hunt, fish, golf, fly, and drive his tractor.  Staying in shape is also a priority, so he runs 5-6 miles, 2-3 times a week.

Judy has a passion to teach and encourage people, no matter what background they come from. Her message is restoration and hope. She has taught a Tuesday night Bible study that is open to all women of every denomination and walk of life, for over 10 years.  Judy has spent over 30 years partnering with her husband in missions around the world. She is involved in helping orphanages and building churches.

Judy is an international speaker and an author. She travels extensively with Global Advance. Her desire is to encourage business leaders and to teach them how to apply Biblical principles to their everyday life and career. She also has a desire to help people know their destiny in Christ.

She surrendered her life to God at a young age and sang with her family while growing up. In her early years, she sang professionally.  Judy has partnered with her husband building Pogue Construction. They specialize in the building of schools, churches, municipal buildings, and development projects. Pogue Construction was started by borrowing $1,000 over 30 years ago. In the last 10 years, Pogue Construction has constructed over 2 billion dollars of work.  The company is now ranked in the top ten in the Dallas Business Journal, a well-respected business publication.  Judy has been married over 40 years and has three grown sons and nine grandchildren. Her passion is to empower people to know their authority through Christ. Her message of hope and faith will encourage you to see that through the trials and tribulations of your life, you can overcome any obstacle by standing strong on the Word of God.
