The Indianapolis Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) invites you to participate in CSI Trade Show 2018, our annual COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT SHOWCASE!  By all accounts: "It's the Best Trade Show Around"!  This is your chance to sign up and be a part of the show.  We always sell out early, so don't wait!

GREAT LOCATION

This year, the trade show will be located at the JW Marriott, in downtown Indianapolis.  This central location includes plenty of free parking, providing easy access for exhibitors and attendees alike.

DATES AND TIMES:

The show will be held on Thursday, September; September 27, 2018.  The schedule of the day will be: 

• Exhibitor Setup from 10AM - 2PM
• CEU Learning Sessions - TBD
• 44th Annual CSI Trade Show from 3PM-7PM
• Tear Down the same night from 7PM-8PM (NO TEAR DOWN PRIOR TO 7:00)

REGISTRATION

Registration is now available and booth space is selling out fast.

BOOTHS

Each 8-Foot deep by 10-Foot wide booth will include (1) 6 Foot by 2 Foot skirted table. Booth rental includes an 8' high back drape and 3' high side drapes. The JW Marriott is a carpeted facility. You will have the option of renting additional tables, chairs, electrical and other display equipment or services.  Exhibitors may not attach booth decorations to the walls, ceilings, or any other part of the facility.  Damage resulting from such attachments shall be paid for by the Exhibitor.

SHOW STEWARDS

 There will be Show Stewards to assist you and to ensure that you have a positive experience, and to help attendees have a positive experience as well. If you need anything at any time, don’t hesitate to flag down a Show Steward to address your needs.

CREATING BOOTH TRAFFIC

We have taken actions to promote a steady flow of attendees to your booth and help you reach as many prospect buyers as possible.

• Educational Programs  TBD.  Attendees will be there to earn CEU credit and boost Trade Show attendance.
• Vendor Give-a-ways: CSI encourages Vendors to bring Give-a-ways.  CSI announcer will recognize your booth and your give-a-ways.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Check – please make checks payable to Indianapolis Chapter CSI and put “Trade Show Booth” in the memo line. Checks should be mailed to Mike Halstead / Halstead Architects, 1139 Shelby Street, Indianapolis, IN 46203

• Credit Card – Register and pay be credit card online. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• There will be no refund for booth sales.
• In the event that the Show has sold 100% of available booth sapce, a waiting list will be formed.
• At that time, any booths requesting cancellation will be made available for resale
• A refund will be made once the booth has been repurchased.

PARKING, UNLOADING, AND LOADING ASSISTANCE

Information on parking, unloading, and loading assistance will follow in your vendor packets.
