The Indianapolis Chapter of CSI is having its April Chapter Meeting at the Willows on Westfield on Thursday, April 20 from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

This month's chapter meeting will be a presentation on the use of unmanned aerial systems, also known as drones. The presentation will briefly review the current regulatory and legal framework for commercial drone operations; the FAA’s most recent regulations; jurisdictional issues affecting local, state, and federal limitations on drone usage; FAA enforcement actions and the unauthorized use of drones; and privacy rights, trespass liability and a land owner’s right to self-help remedies.
