The speakers for the evening will be Jeremy Welu, AIA, LEED AP+BC, Partner at DELV Design and Liz Price, BIM Director of DELV Design. Both will also be presenting on the topic of BIM at this year’s national AIA Convention in Philadelphia, PA.
Jeremy Welu AIA, LEED AP+BC - As an architect and partner of DELV Design Studio and co-founder of DELV Lab, Jeremy’s often referred to as “the resident idea guy” with solutions that are both bold and broad. He’s worked across the spectrum of practices, from the large enterprise to the small design studio, and is impassioned about leveraging technology to make designers better. His ideas received national attention as this year’s first place winner of the Architecture National Business Plan Competition.
Liz Price - With over 15 years of experience with BIM technologies, Liz leads the integration of BIM into the design process for the Indianapolis architecture and interior design studio, DELV Design. Liz is a REVIT certified professional and at DELV focuses on researching emerging technologies and applying them to advance the AEC industry. She’s mentored and directed numerous in her field, and prior to her current role, spearheaded the implementation and management of BIM software for a large scale a/e firm as well as within large corporate environments. Her resume also includes teaching multiple courses on the topic of BIM at universities such Purdue University and the Art Institute of Indianapolis.
