The Indianapolis Chapter of CSI is having its November Chapter Meeting at the Willows on Westfield on Thursday, November 19, from 5:30pm-8:30pm. The evening program will be a discussion on the Cummins Global Distribution Business Headquarters, under construction on the former Market Square Arena site. Ratio Architects is the local architectural firm working in conjunction with Deborah Berke Partners, the project designer. The 9-story tower will showcase Cummins Global Distribution business, emphasized by a high performance glass facade, street level retail space, and a flexible and sustainable open office concept. The project will also feature a large public park / plaza alongside a 4 story parking structure. AIA Indianapolis has noted this as "one of the most notable works of architecture the city has seen for many years." 

The speaker for the evening will be Jake Plummer, AIA, associate at RATIO Architects. Jake is a graduate of Ball State University College of Architecture & Planning and is serving as the local Project Manager.
