2012 Indianapolis Chapter CSI Awards Banquet 

The Skyline Club, located on the 36^th floor of the One America Building downtown will once again be the site of next month’s Awards Banquet June 21st^th. Gene King, a member of the club, has once again graciously made available the club as the site for both our Awards Banquet as well as December’s Holiday Party.   The Skyline Club, at 36 floors above downtown, offers a commanding panoramic view of Indianapolis. We will, as always offer complimentary parking in the garage that is entered via the Illinois Street entrance. DO NOT USE THE CAPITAL STREET ENTRANCE AS IT CLOSES AT 6:00. Bring your ticket to the 36^th floor and your ticket will be validated. (NO WAITING FOR VALET)

The Evening

CASH Bar and hors d’oerves will begin at 6:00 with dinner beginning at 7:30. Dick Simon will once grace us with his musical talent on the baby grand piano. You will then be treated to a sumptuous buffet meal followed by a mouth watering dessert display.  At 8:30 or so President Pete Kerfoot will present awards FY 2011/2012 recognizing those individuals who have given so unselfishly to continue the fine volunteer tradition of CSI Indianapolis. For those of you who have maintained your perfect attendance status bring your current pin to THIS MONTHS MAY MEETING (May 17^th) affixed to your business card to Pete Kerfoot. 

Cost

The chapter once again will maintain the very reasonable cost of $25/person for you and your spouse or guest.  The preferred method of reservation and payment is via the chapter website BUT will accept reservations the old fashioned way @ 979-2100 through end of business on 6/18 OR you may pay at the door IF YOU HAVE MADE A RESERVATION. Reservations must be made by end of business on Monday, June 18^th but no refunds will be allowed past that date.  If you are one of the few that needs to add yourself or spouse to the reservation list to this grand event FOLLOWING June 18^th please contact Terri Truitt at 504-3593 and she will add you the this exclusive list.

This is Pete’s last hurrah as our President, let us show up en masse and give him and our past and new Board of Directors and award winners the respect they have earned and deserve.
