Driving Directions 
The Finger Lakes Institute's Store the Storm Rain Barrel Program is aimed at conserving water and decreasing stormwater flow and surface runoff erosion. Constructed Store the Storm rain barrels will be sold with installation and maintenance instructions and a Store the Storm sticker, as well as an opportunity for new owners to participate in an ongoing rain barrel water quality monitoring study conducted by the Finger Lakes Institute.


Each rain barrel costs $40 and includes    a constructed white rain barrel with inlet,  outlet and overfl  ow adapter hardware. It does not include optional cinder blocks and custom overflow hardware for installa tion.

 

 

How to Purchase Store the Storm Rain Barrel(s)?  

You may purchase up to 4 rain barrels. Fill out the registration form, linked below, to confirm your order and mail a check made out to "Fin ger Lakes Institute" for $40 per barrel prior to August 19th. In the check's note field, write "Store the Storm". Enclose a printed copy of your registration ticket with your payment if possible. Online purchase with credit card or PayPal is available as well.

 

Your barrel(s) MUST be picked up from the HWS Red Barn at 172 St. Clair St. in Geneva, NY Saturday, August 24th 5:00 pm-7:30 pm or Sunday, August 25th 10:00 am - 6:30 pm and can not be held for alternative pick up time.


   No rain barrel reservations or holds will be taken prior to receiving payment. Refunds for unclaimed rain barrels will not be given.
