City Garden began when a determined group of entrepreneurial parents sat down with a dream and a blank sheet of paper. We believed in ourselves, our capacity to create, and our mission. Even when other people told us it couldn’t be done.

A group of similar-minded organizations, City Garden’s Community Partners, have adopted this dream themselves: to create high-quality educational opportunities for a diverse body of students in Saint Louis.

Using strong, community-based relationships, Community Partners of all sizes from all industries have created a deep network of private / non-profit partnerships for the public good.
