United States Academic Decathlon® National Competition in Honolulu, Hawaii 2014

Volunteers needed to assist with this national competition. Students will present speeches and complete interviews before a panel of judges Thursday, April 24, 2014. Approximate hours of service will be 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.  We also need volunteers to proctor the written tests Friday morning, April 25, 2014 from 6:15 am to 12:15 p.m. Current high school students may volunteer as student escorts or Speech timers. Times may vary slightly  and will be confirmed four weeks prior to the event.

Dinner or breakfast, training and parking at the Hilton will be provided.

No experience necessary. All volunteers will be trained. All volunteers are appreciated by these hardworking students from throughout the United States and beyond!
