Various Sites Throughout Dunn County, WI2019 Day of Caring Volunteer Registration
The United Way Day of Caring is a day to mobilize groups of volunteers throughout the community to complete various service projects. Projects will take place at community centers, local parks, nonprofit organizations and more. This is a great way for groups to give back through projects that matter! Examples of previous volunteer projects include: painting, cleaning, assembling mailers, planting trees, packaging meal kits, preparing hygiene bags and more.
Projects will be completed from either 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. or from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. Your volunteer group will be assigned an Agency project after consideration of your volunteer group and specific interests based on availability of projects. Project time preference will be provided during registration.
Typical group sizes are 3-5 volunteers. Larger groups may will be placed at larger project sites to be at the same site, but split between two projects at that site.
Water and a Day of Caring t-shirt will be provided to each volunteer. We thank you for your service and dedication to our community!
The volunteer leader will register as the primary volunteer and up to 10 addtional volunteers may be added.

When completeing a volunteer registration form, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless United Way of Dunn Conty's Day of Caring and the organizers, sponsors, and supervisors of all its activities from any and all liability in connection with injury, including any injury caused by negligence, in conjunction with this Day of Caring volunteer project, taking place on August 14th, 2019. I likewise hold harmless from liability any person transporting me to or from any United Way activity. In addition, United Way of Dunn County has my permission to use our names and any photographs or videos taken for publicity purposes.
