WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS SEMINAR? Individuals in the travel industry whether new or seasoned.  It will be helpful to those that work with group travel representatives so they understand the different roles of those involved in planning group travel.  Incudes a trip to Bailey Trailways' new operatorions facility in Spring Grove, PA, a panel discussion on the needs of the motorcoach and tour operators, all presented by industry specialists. 12 Noon - 1:00 PM - NETWORKING LUNCHEON.  A valuable working lunch with the panel and other motorcoach operators in a round table setting.  The goal is to create a dialogue and conversation among those at the table on what works, what successes, what challenges they face, or simply to chat and get to know one another.
