District Chorus Contest and International Preliminary Quartet Contest.
What you can expect to see at this Convention:
- Open Quartet International qualifying
- College Quartet International qualifying
To register a College quartet you should contact BHS headquarters at college@barbershop.org or go to this website: http://barbershop.org/collegiate-quartet-registration.html.
(College quartets only pay $15 for the entire contest and pay it through the BHS)
- District Senior Quartet Championship (Senior Quartet qualifying to MidWinter Convention happens at the Fall Convention)
- District Chorus Championships – 4 Plateaus (Chorus International qualifying is also in the Fall)
- High-School Quartet: The top-scoring high-school competitors have the honor of being declared JAD High-School champs for the current year.
High School Quartets should contact our JAD District Youth in Harmony Committee headed up by Kameron Owens, kameronsowens@gmail.com.
Note to Competitors:
To register for the District Quartet Competition please visit the Barbershop Harmony Society website and complete the appropriate CJ-20 forms. Once you have completed your CJ-20 forum please return here to complete the registration process.
Competitors are NOT permitted to select payment option to "Pay at the Door" Checks MUST be received by Dave Rubin no later then April 1th. Credit Card Payments must also be received by April. 1th.
If Paying by Check: Please include on the check who the payment is for.
