Effective Supervision Workshop Series:
Managing Conflict
and
Membership Meeting

CSBGA has teamed up with CREC to offer workforce training seminars. This workshop series will describe the skills necessary to effectively manage staff and provide opportunities to practice these skills. Each three-hour session is designed for new and developing supervisors and supervisors who would like to refresh and confirm their skill sets.

The last workshop in the series, Managing Conflict, will help participants understand how to better manage attitudes, analyze conflict situations to determine the best approach to achieve the desired outcomes, and develop conflict management skills that foster teamwork.

Topics will include:
•   Define conflict
•   Discuss conflict management styles
•   Conflict management/resolution skills
•   Practice conflict management skills

There is a $30 registration fee for all non-members.  An invoice will be sent.  CSBGA accepts MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
