Please sign on here if you are interested in participating in this trip. We will visit the NCTC, CIA, DIA and NGA as well as the Spy Museum. We will leave from Chapel Hill on Sunday March 11 at 10 AM and leave from Springfield, Virgina on Tuesday March 13 at 4:30 PM. (The bus will start from Raleigh at 9 AM. Students from Durham will meet the bus in Chapel Hill).
Transportation and lodging costs and the entrance fee to the Spy Museum will be covered by TISS. Students will be expected, however, to pay for their own meals, with the exception of breakfast.
Seats are limited and interest is typically high. Faculty from our four campuses will make the selection. They will give first priority to students who are seeking the TISS IC CAE Scholars Designation, or who can otherwise demonstrate their interest in the intelligence field. They will also consider other factors (such as whether or not this is a student's only opportunity to go on a trip like this. Only US citizens are eligible.
We will advise you some time during the following week if you have made the cut or are on the wait list. At that time, we will collect the information we need from you for you to gain admittance to the various agencies. Your position will be confirmed once that information has been received. Please respond quickly to those requests.
