To the Helsinki Station: Détente, Human Rights, and the Origins of the Helsinki Final Act.

Each year TISS features the research of two or three of its core faculty members. This year, we are proud to present human rights historian Michael Morgan. This a chance to meet a rising young scholar, learn of his current research,  discuss a landmark event in Cold War relations, and provide a colleague with constructive feedback on work in progress. We hope that you will join us!
