Our speaker for this event is Ed Sutton, EA. He will discuss the TCJA which has a few new penalties for us. What can we do to combat the attack on our ethics to make things right. Due Diligence is an important part of our tax practice, and we will recognize the value of rules and regulations governing the tax profession and the practical application of these rules in the daily operation of your business. -No-Show is defined as a member or non-member who made a reservation for a meeting, did not pay for the meeting at the time of reservation, failed to cancel their reservation by 10:00 a.m. TWO days prior to the meeting and did not attend the meeting. -No-Shows will be billed the Chapter's cost of the dinner, because they failed to attend, failed to pay for it in advance and failed to cancel the reservation by the 10:00 a.m. deadline. - No-Show member or non-member who made a reservation and paid will not receive a refund, unless they cancel their reservation by the 10:00 a.m. deadline. Otherwise, "no-refund" is given.
