  • 3 days of workouts every week for 30 days based on the criteria in your E-Workouts registration (workouts are emailed on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays)
  • Choice of workout length (approximately 20, 40, or 60 minutes)
  • Workouts are based on your perceived fitness level and choice of 3 equipment options (From a full gym to no equipment at all)
  • You can choose workouts specific to toning, major weight loss, or improved flexibility and reduced muscle tightness.

 1)    They are written by leading experts in the fitness industry and use current science to fast track your results.  Our trainers are credentialed and current in their certifications.  At your request we’ll give you the name of who is writing your routine, and you can look him or her up online to check the certification.

2)    On the days you workout, you’ll never have to think about what you’re going to do. Other types of workout programs give you templates that outline what you are suppose to do for long stretches, like a “12 Week Program.”  Our workouts give you exactly what to do each day so you can workout with confidence and not worry about what you’re going to do next.

3)    The workouts are designed for you and are easy to understand; they have pictures, descriptions, and tell you exactly what and how much to do.  Our workouts give you all of the information you need to have a great workout, right down to how long it should take you to do a repetition.

6)    Your workouts always change, so you won’t get bored and your body will keep changing the way you want it to.  Since the workouts are different each time, your body will not plateau.  Often what works in the beginning will not after a while, so we keep your routine fresh so your results don’t slow down.

7)    We take your wants and needs into consideration. Pick your goal and your workout will be designed for that goal.  Some great workouts you hear about may not be great for YOUR body.  We review your health history and take past injuries and other useful information into account.

8)    You can open and use your workout anywhere. Print it, or view it on your smartphone or computer.  Use whatever medium works for you.  It’s great to have trainer guidance right in your pocket.  Remember that these routines are designed by real people with excellent credentials, not a computer who doesn’t know how to account for those extras that only a human can recognize.
