Annual Coaches Clinic

Join us June 4th for the NMYAFL Annual Coaches Clinic! The Event will be held at the Sandia Resort and Casino

and is desgned for Head and Assistant Coaches who wish to continue to grow, improve and stay up to date on the many fresh ideas in youth football and who wish to increase their knowledge to become better coaches and teachers. 

The keynote speaker of the clinic is Mark Schlereth 12 year veteran of the NFL.

Mark was an offensive guard in the National Football League for twelve years playing for the Washington Redskins and Denver Broncos. He was a part of three Superbowl winning teams (XXVI, XXXII & XXXIII), selected to the Pro Bowl twice and named to the Denver Broncos 50th Anniversary Team.  Mark is currently an analyst on ESPN for NFL Live and Sportscenter.

Announcer Bob Brown

Covered New Mexico sports for 18 years at KOAT-TV. Bob joined ESPN radio 101.7 the Team in 2009 and hosts the The Locker Room afternoon sports show. Bob was voted Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportswriter and Sportscaster Association in both 2013 & 2014.

Coach Bob Davie - UNM Head Coach - New Tackling Techniques and how it can help youth football. 

The clinic check in will start 7:00am and the clinic will kick officially kick off at 7:45am.  Each attendee will receive the following:

  A continental breakfast

 Lunch

Clinic T-Shirt

A drink ticket for the social hour that starts at 3:30pm! 

If you register for the clinic and find out you are not able to attend before May 27th please call the NMYAFL office. If you register and find you are not able to attend the clinic after May 27th , $25.00 will be added to your team sponsorship.
