We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Staff Networking Circle initiative. This program will focus on staff development and support. It is designed to bring together staff members who share an interest in acquiring the skills, attitudes and relationships needed to move into leadership roles and strengthen career goals.
Participants will remain together as a cohort for the entire program and will consist of 7 staff members per circle. An executive mentor will rotate among the various circles and lead discussions based on a particular area of expertise. By meeting as a cohort once a month, participants will experience the benefits of having support from both the mentor and other peers.
