Board Basics 

Aimed at new board members, or those who want a refresher on the roles and responsibilities of being on a board, this session covers the fundamentals.

You will learn:

  • Relating to the board and to the executive director
  • Dealing with rogue board members
  • Encouraging participation by all board members
  • Strategies to help conduct a productive, effective meeting
  • Governance vs Management
