It is no surpirse that art lovers the world over have been magnetically drawn to masterworks from Frey Wille featured artists like Alphonse Mucha and Gustav Klimt for decades. What may come as a surprise to some however, is the extent to which these 19th century artists were influenced by the art and traditions of an Ancient Egyptian culture dating back some 5000 years. So much so that their creative output and the movements they inspired from Nouveau to Deco and Arts and Crafts could all be directly linked to the so called 19th century “Egyptian Revival.” In honor of this grand artistic tradition and its inspiration for master artists the world over, FreyWIlle is presenting a joint exhibition with the Barakat Gallery Beverly Hills featuring a handful of authentic ancient Egyptian artifacts, along side its signature jewelry collections inspired by this very tradition. We invite you to join us for an evening of magic, wonder, jewelry, and art.
